There is a single occupancy discount available of £10.

Standard check-in is from 16.00hrs until 21.00hrs. Late arrivals can ONLY be arranged if pre-advised and agreed.
Note:  Luggage can be stored for arrivals before 16.00 hrs.

No 2 Broadgate is unable to cater for pets, nor do we accommodate children.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept responsibility for any discrepancies, arising from those that do not familiarize themselves with our policies.

A new reservation will be converted to a secure booking, once we have verified all of the requested payment details, in addition to confirming availability.

A valid Debit or Credit Card is required to guarantee a booking.

The payment may be taken at any time after reservation, and prior to check in.

All tariffs are subject to change without notice.

In line with current legislation, No 2 Broadgate has a no smoking policy and hence, we would kindly ask that there is no smoking on the premises. Consequently, non-compliance with the no smoking policy carries a penalty charge of £100.00, to cover the cost of extra cleaning and the resulting delay incurred in re-letting the room.

Needless to say, any persons found smoking or using drugs on the premises will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

We do not allow candles or naked flames to be used anywhere on the site.

It is important to note that, if there is any damage to fixtures, fittings or furniture, due to negligence on your behalf during your stay, or wilful damage, compensation will be sought to recover full costs of repair or replacement. This is especially true in cases of drunken reckless behaviour.


We DO accept all major Credit/Debit cards.

We do not reserve rooms without all card details being submitted.

The card must have a "valid until date" which covers the booking date.


In the unfortunate event of you having to cancel your reservation here, we request that you do so at least 30 days prior to your booked arrival date.

Cancelling your booking within the 30 days of your booked arrival date will make you liable for the full rate of your booking.

Please note that failing to show up for your booking, for whatever reason, will also make you liable for the full rate of your booking.

However, we will always try to re-let the room/s, and at our discretion, we will consider a reduction of these charges if no loss results.

Holiday Insurance Policy: If you are concerned about the possibility of cancellation you are advised to take out Travel Insurance.
