We accommodate grown-ups only. We are also unable to take pets unless they can stay quietly at all times in a cage downstairs. No pets allowed in the common parts or guest rooms.
We are a short hop to the Tarka Trail and Southwest coast path,
for all of you who are avid cyclists or keen walkers. It’s approximately 0.8 miles to the nearest access point on the path.
We have three local pubs within a five-minute walk of the house. All three are found in Pilton itself.
The Green Man, The Windsor Arms, and The Reform micro-brewery.

On Pilton Street, there is the amazing Pilton Fryer – our local fish and chip shop. You will also find Masala, the finest curry house in the southwest.
There is a Co-op within a half a mile and a petrol station at the bottom of Pilton Street. All the amenities of Barnstaple are about a ten-minute walk.
NORTH DEVON STUFF
We are perfectly located for all that North Devon has to offer. The incredible coastline has some of the most spectacular beaches in the Southwest. We are just a fifteen-minute drive to the coast.
Our closest beaches to the North include the expansive Saunton Sands.
Then there is the surfer's paradise that is Croyde Bay.
Child-friendly Woolacombe Beach and the interesting Victorian bathing pools at Ilfracombe.
Westward Ho! and Instow are to the south.Exmoor National park is a mere 15-minute drive away
from the guest house here in Barnstaple.
In addition, Dartmoor National park is less than an hour’s drive away.
Both moors offer breath-taking scenery, amazing walks, and ancient woodlands. They also offer some of the best cycling routes in the country.
There is so much to explore here in North Devon and we have enjoyed discovering all of it.
