At No. 2 Broadgate B&B, we can offer complete flexibility for your unique bed and breakfast stay, which can be from one night up to as many weeks as you want!

You can arrive at the guesthouse anytime from 2 pm and there is always tea and coffee available in your room including individual fresh ground coffee makers and either a slice of homemade cake or cream tea.

You have full use of the garden if you wish, a lovely quiet place to sit and read the papers on a warm day.  We also have a small library of books, dvds or videos to choose from and a great selection of board games and childrens games to be played and enjoyed.


Well behaved children and dogs (at our discretion) are welcome in the bed and breakfast B & B. For small babies we would require that you bring your own travel cot and high chair for your short stay or holiday.

We are now only taking dogs on certain proviso's.  No dogs are allowed in the rooms themselves but can stay in the conservatory or downstairs in a cage.  Dogs must be well behaved and not "barkers"  and able to settle at night by themselves.  This is for the comfort and peace of other guests staying and on a cleanliness level for future guests.

We have an extensive knowledge of the area and whats happening locally in North Devon and Barnstaple and can provide a calendar of events whether its to do with golfing, surfing or just local family attractions. We can also arrange horse riding and bicycle hire and surf lessons and hire.
